First off what OS are your running on? I do all emuLegOS development under Linux (Mandrake 8.1, not that it should matter), so if you are on any other platform you may run into issues. Recently, I went to use a couple RCXs that were loaded with LegOS. These two had both been used previously (about 1 to 2 weeks ago) but should have both had plenty of battery life remaining. (...) Probably regulatory. Lego want to market this in many countries - and probably don't want to redesign and re-certify it in every market. I've found a paper on the notebook case that says 'Amity CN 2 was designed for win 95. If you wish to upgrade to Win 98 you must disable the USB. If you expect you will be using your USB Mitsubishi will upgrade the hardware to activate the USB (...) (23 years ago, 10-Jun-02, to lugnet.robotics)
