hi all, im having problem using emulegos 1.2.5.0 with legOS 0.2.4
i have used legOS 0.2.4 for over 1 year now withouth any problems (including
lnp), but for some reason
when i type make in ~/hovedfag/emulegos/examples/rover i get:
makefile:8: :/home/kennethj/hovedfag/emulegos/makefile: No such file or
directory
make: *** No rule to make target `:/home/kennethj/hovedfag/emulegos/makefile'.
Stop.
there are several steps mentioned in the README file for emulegos, including
setting EMULEGOS_ROOT and LNP_ROOT
i have set both these to the right location (i think), in this case they are:
EMULEGOS_ROOT=:/home/kennethj/hovedfag/emulegos
LNPD_ROOT=:/home/kennethj/legOS/host/lnpd+liblnp
one also needs to do some modification in the *.c files, but i looked in
rover.c (in the example directory in emulegos), and it looks right.
i have also patched the stub.c file in /lnp/liblnp and daemon.c in lnp/lnpd.
sigh.. but i still cant get it to work, anyone have any ideas ?
regards

| First off what OS are your running on? I do all emuLegOS development under Linux (Mandrake 8.1, not that it should matter), so if you are on any other platform you may run into issues. Of course emuLegOS should work on just about any Unix as long as (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jun-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

| And, you'll probably hate my reply... "Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should." The very idea of a discontinuous array of bits representing a network address in something as rudimentary as LNP makes my hair stand on end. The idea (...)
