Recently, I went to use a couple RCXs that were loaded with LegOS. These
two had both been used previously (about 1 to 2 weeks ago) but should have
both had plenty of battery life remaining.
I found that they both had drained the batteries completely. I had another
RCX with the standard firmware loaded... that had not been used in quite
some time. The batteries in this one still had power.
Is there something about the way LegOS powers down that would cause the
batteries to remain in use? Is that because of the way LegOS retains memory
between power offs?
If this is the case, is there an option that could be set at compile time or
run time to cause a more complete power down?
Thanks in advance,
// Joe
