It was a wonderful LUG meeting! Brad & Shelly, thanks
for hosting it. You lego town was even more impressive
in real life. And your house is a perfect meeting place.
It was really good to meet everyone, especially getting
to meet Jeremy Sproat after all these years. It as fun
sitting on the couch and recompiling a new version of
LDLite to add features Larry P was requesting. It was
worth the side trip to drive Tim home just to have
a chance to talk to him for a while, and to meet the
Michon's. Chris, why the heck did we both have to
travel 500 miles south? Next time, bring them Mechs
to a BAYLUG meeting ! :) I liked meeting Abner, who's
a low-profile kind of guy that's good to meet in person,
I loved Coby's minifig outfit (especially the radio),
and it was really cool to meet Kevin Loch. Oh, and
there was so much more! I better stop now, but I can
see I'm going to have to start building things that are
much, much bigger!
And as soon as I can push the legoland.mpg castle/Babylon5
animation through my firewall, it will be available on
my web page.
Oh, and that's my space stuff in the image below.
