Mark, I'll be there. I'll be bringing some track and baseplates so we can get everything laid out. I've finished four sets of crossover switches and 4 sets of "true curve" switches. Starting this Sunday we will be having build sessions a Steve's Barn to complete the october layout starting at 2pm. I believe these will be every sunday. Sorry, Jeramy, I stayed up late watching the Colts and slept in this morning. The most usable software for downloading the firmware is BricxCC: (URL) basic steps for getting LACC into the RCX: 1. The rubber band wraps around the #5 angle piece, then goes between the other end of that piece, and the piece added in step 21. (...) I finally have some pictures for my mechanical maze robot, in case anyone wants to build it for this weekend. (URL) hardest part is getting the rubber band just right. Thanks for the reply, Mark. (...) Both motors had Digitrax DN121 decoders (...) I don't think the DN121 has this. (...) Both had the factory default speed tables. However, I think that test was done with no load of cars, so the additional cars may help hold the motor down on the track. It is worth a try if we (...) (...) Yet another reply to the problem was that it is very likely to have been over heating! The problem I guess is likely to occure when running the heavier engines and cars with DCC. Hey everyone! I posted a message for the train people lastnight about how my J3a had slowed in the corners so badly while running with the DCC.
