The basic unit is 32x32, but we easily accommodate other multiples of 16, esp. 48
x 48 and 32 x 16.

So, I made it to the Lego Road Show on Sunday.  It was kind of cool.

I've been trying to come up with an idea for adding an RCX controlled device to the layout.  On the way home, my wife came up with a good suggestion.  I don't want to go into details, yet, but I need to know how big a normal space is in the layout.  I'd like to make it easy to add.  It won't take any track space, it's more of a building.

For some reason, I've been thinking the normal size was 40x40, but I see the road plates are 32x32.  What would be a good size?

Steve
