I hadn't considered how they mold the U's.
Sounds like a a real headache to design... but a cool problem.

It's why I love this industry;  I get to have a behind-the-scenes look at how
the world works.  So much is made with plastics and there are a lot of very
complicated problems that can/have been overcome in amazing ways.

One of the most interesting markets in plastics is caps and closures;  they're
doing things there that just... gah.  There are some really exciting new
condiment bottle caps coming along, but I don't think I can talk about them.
You will all have to wait, poised on the edge of insanity, because I know this
is so very exciting to you all.
