Yes, john, you did.  the link that points to the contest rules regarding the game
list a timetable and it says thus:

cool little set, it's amazing how small it is, yet still has 3 functions.
Interesting build... really shows you how compact you can build mechanisms
using the new studless elements.... I like it...
