Huh?! Why? It's the most disgusting thing I've ever seen! A single
character in column 1 to modify the entire line? That's somewhat intuitive
for *, ], and >, but for b and i and c it's pathetic.

Chell specking would be fun.
Anyway, it was an example of simple little ASCII-based markup languages --
one of which needs to be chosen for member-pages. Wasn't looking for
something to enhance news posts, although if it fit in nicely and
transparently, it wouldn't probably hurt.
