I'd have to disagree with this, only because of all the Micro-Brewerys
in Wisconsin, they make and sell alcoholic beverages.
Maybe you need some type of license to do this.. I'm not sure.. I'd have
to ask my brother who is a Master Brewer at a couple of Micro-Brewerys
he owns, and helps run.

Down here in North Carolina, we read several times a year about the revenuers busting someone who has a garage still. One year there was even an article (...)
