Well, if they are, here's a suggestion I made to Ritvik via their
website feedback feature:
I'd really like to see a statement about if and how they figure to
enter some major European markets, namely the German. The thing is,
I've been trying to get my hands on some MB sets for a while, but
only through eBay and a direct contact to Canada I was able to
get an impression of what MB are like. Given the enormous
shipping costs from there, I figure a large scale import to
Germany would give them quite a chance on the market.
I know that much of this may be a question of patents and potentially
customs restrictions, but I'd rather see a clear statement on this.
I keep hearing MB are available in the UK and France, but couldn't
establish a contact through which to buy some.
I'm clearly very impressed by the way the ProBuilder series is
done. The use of a small range of standard elements is something
I've been missing with the so-called "leading brand" for years.
And for the instructions - well, enough said already, I guess :-)
Though I'd still go and call myself an AFOL, I think MB are an
alternative worth considering, be it only as an add-on to any
existing LEGO collection.
