Target's new policy is that if an item is on clearance when you return it, you only get the clearance price value. (...) That has been their (and other stores) policy for items that don't have receipts for an awfully long time. But I suspect they would have a hard time getting that policy to stick if you have the receipt for your purchase. My experience in the (...) (23 years ago, 28-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)
