That's great that you have some things to bring along. The monorail
especially would look even better if it were displayed with buildings,
roads, etc. Could people please let me know if they have anything they can
bring, even if it is only some base plates. I don't know about anyone else,
but I'd really like to put together a nice town layout. There will also be
plenty of track available - so bring those trains, too!

I can bring along several locos, though I've only got so many motors.
Rather than try and cram everything on to the layout, I'd prefer to just see
a few running trains on the layout (say, a few concentric and passing
loops), and display all the other trains separately.  Either on a table of
my own, or with a few other people in a neat display.  Then we can take them
off in turn to run on the layout.

I've got a few buildings.  The bungalow, Café, Windmill, Station and
Admiralty building.  Anything else depends on how much free time I have
between now and then.

If anyone thinks that a dealer charge is unfair, please let me know. Buying
and selling is a huge part of any Lego event, so the last thing I want to do
is drive people away. Everyone, let me know what you think.

I'm not sure about this.  I suppose it's to be expected if people are coming
along to sell to the public, but I don't know if anyone would expect to
profit enough to cover it.  The thing with selling used Lego is it's more of
a car-boot sale sort of thing than a collector's market.

I also doubt we'll have much time to do any trading amongst ourselves.
