Yes, Same to U.S. I tried to open the account with LEGO for my business
retail online store, but not meet their requirement quality and policy. You
can allow online sales, but must have least 30 storefront in 3 different
zone (ie: Southeast, Mid-Altantic, Pacific, etc) Such like Target, Kmart,
Wal-Mart that are quality to online sale.

First order minimum $1000 dollar for open account.

I agree with you. There is no good wholesale discount. It would NOT help
small retailer to make profit much for their living cost and too much
expense. Only successful business if you purchase more than 30% discount
from any store such Target clearance, Kmart, etc. In fact, all products in
my online store that I brought was 30% to 50% below retail price from many
different place in US and international. Open account from LEGO not worth to me.
