| (...) Lawrence... if I may make a suggestion.... Take a moment (or two) to tell the company exactly what it is that's bothering you about the catalog. Make it positive, but don't be afraid to be stern. Simply telling them that you're unhappy does (...) (23 years ago, 11-Nov-01, to lugnet.general)

| Can't you move this to "dear-lego"? This tirade really has little to do with lego direct, and if I wanted to read all the whining about lego not making toys you like anymore, I would read dear-lego. Frankly, LEGO Direct is doing a lot of things (...) (23 years ago, 13-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)
