Re: Shop.lego.com broken for Mozilla and Safari on Mac

(...) I found a similar problem when I tried to change countries, here is my solution: (URL) this helps ROSCO (22 years ago, 3-Jan-05, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Shop.lego.com broken for Mozilla and Safari on Mac

(...) I'm having the same problem with Firefox on Win XP Pro. Glad to hear this isn't an isolated problem. Disappointed to hear it affects Mac as well, won't help me to trying to order from home. I filled out the Lego feedback form explaining the (...) (22 years ago, 3-Jan-05, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Shop.lego.com broken for Mozilla and Safari on Mac

I'm getting the same problem with FireFox 1.0 on Win XP Pro. This is not an acceptable problem, it means I have to open my computer to risk just to use Lego Shop-at-Home. Tim (22 years ago, 2-Jan-05, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Would someone from TLG please explain the mad specials on S@H Australia site?

It would appear that they're the same as in Europe, however, that still doesn't explain or justify the extreme smallness of the discount amount, especially given the higher cost of postage us Aussies have to put up with. Which is my reason for, as (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jan-05, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.loc.au)

Re: Would someone from TLG please explain the mad specials on S@H Australia site?

Question: Are the specials we are getting the same as those that europeans are getting? If not, that is definatly a reason to complain. (22 years ago, 1-Jan-05, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.loc.au)

Would someone from TLG please explain the mad specials on S@H Australia site?

I am looking at the specials on the LEGO Shop At Home website and I simply cannot believe the poor quality of the specials listed on the site. For instance the 10021 USS Constellation has been marked down from the original price of $99.95 to a (...) (22 years ago, 1-Jan-05, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.loc.au)

  I know what I'll build!

I was just looking at the "dots" of the monster thread of "Re: A Community Problem (Was: Re: 10152 Update)" and I think I'll build it in LEGO® elements! (URL) probably turn it on it's side though for stability and to easily add to it should it need (...) (22 years ago, 1-Jan-05, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.build, lugnet.fun)

Re: A Community Problem (Was: Re: 10152 Update)

(...) SNIP (...) We are not talking about a business decision. Bley was a business decision. In this case they chose the words "Last chance" and "Very limited production run" as part of their adveritizing. Since this is how they choose to present (...) (22 years ago, 31-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)

Re: A Community Problem (Was: Re: 10152 Update)

(...) Yes, LEGO said that. But some people are confusing a "statement of fact" with a "promise". They are different. You are of course welcome to continue to fervently believe LEGO lied to you, and to continue to believe that all statements by the (...) (22 years ago, 31-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)

Re: A Community Problem (Was: Re: 10152 Update)

(...) SNIP (...) SNIP (...) A debate is an exchange of FACTS in order to prusuade the other party to your point of view. The facts that you seem to be dissapointed that I stick to are Lego said this was the "last chance" to buy Maersk blue and there (...) (22 years ago, 31-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)

Re: A Community Problem (Was: Re: 10152 Update)

(...) Hey Ben, I have, and he has, and we all have stated our POV over and over again. The thing is, the points that Ken made were refuted by others, as well as myself, in this very thread. These points were not addressed but summarily deleted, and (...) (22 years ago, 30-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)

Re: A Community Problem (Was: Re: 10152 Update)

(...) Dave, as you write yourself, you have stated things over and over again. But you have not convinced me. And I have not seen a single pro-TLC posting within the German AFOL community. They are obviously tending towards Ken's opinion as I do. (...) (22 years ago, 30-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)

Re: A Community Problem (Was: Re: 10152 Update)

(...) It is you who are twisting the facts to suit your flawed opinion. In my country, as well as the US of A, by law a party is onnocent until proven guilty. You have as yet to prove TLC's guilt in this case. Since you have continuously deleted all (...) (22 years ago, 30-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)

Re: Pieces Missing from 4094 Motor Movers sets

(...) [ ... snipped ... ] My son received the 10134 UCS Y Wing for Christmas and it too is missing parts. It is missing all of the 68mm redish-brown flex tubes and all of the dark grey flex tubes. It did have the shorter redish-brown flex tubes. (...) (22 years ago, 29-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)

Pieces Missing from 4094 Motor Movers sets

I bought several 4094 Motor Movers sets, since I have a use for the motors. Two of the sets were each missing a piece. One was missing a red 1x2 thin technic liftarm: (URL) and the other a tan modified tile 1x2 Grill with bottom groove / lip: (URL) (...) (22 years ago, 29-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)

Re: A Community Problem (Was: Re: 10152 Update)

(...) This is laughable. It would be near impossible for a company to make a press release disappear. When comapnies issue press releases they go out over the wire and news sources pick them up. So if LEGO did remove a copy of a press release form (...) (22 years ago, 29-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)

Re: A Community Problem (Was: Re: 10152 Update)

(...) <snip> (...) Why did reps form TLC state that it was 'the last chance'? Did they do it because they were marketing a limited set as a collector item (a la numbered Santa Fe), or was the 'last chance' only due to a limitation of coloured Maersk (...) (22 years ago, 29-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)
