Yeah, I've had the same experience. I figured it was due to one or more of:
- less bandwidth available to BrickShelf at new ISP
- excess of activity (more users, more viewers)
- new moderation code
- existance/busy-ness of geekshelf
Would be nice if there were some way to give BrickShelf more bandwidth
and/or CPU power, but that takes money.

Not that I haven't always been all for Kevin charging for BrickShelf usage.
Sure, I love the fact that people without access to their own sites can put
their images up on the web, but it always seems to me like BrickShelf just
ends up getting underappreciated. I'm quite appauled by the amount of "I
hate BrickShelf's new stupid moderation system" comments that get thrown
around, without real regard as to why it might have been a necessary step.
Anyway, sorry to get off topic.
