I thought they were pre-assembled after a time, probably using a heat
weld. Hmm... Time to look at some models....

| (...) The smaller airplane windows come with a separate pane, I think. However, there is an older thinwall with an embedded (molded in, or very tightly glued) trans lt blue window. This is a thinwall that is 1x4x3 rathdr than the 1x4x2 dual (...) (26 years ago, 22-Apr-99, to lugnet.general)
