Interestingly, I have quite a different problem... I know exactly what I
think the galaxy needs, and I get some good ideas about what novel pieces to
use and interesting ideas, and so I start building the initial components
and then... and then I stall, and put the components aside for when I have a
better idea of how to continue.
The trouble is, it has happened several times now, and I've ended up with
several projects which are all either half finished or barely started, and
I'm really not sure how to continue them, even though I have a definite idea
of what I want to eventually make. I've been inspired to complete some
decent stuff in the past, so I guess it must be builder's block. What I'm
afraid of, is that it might be a fear of proceeding down a path of
construction that I may eventually be unhappy with, yet I might not not have
the time nor the inclination to rebuild it. It's kind of silly, but I do
notice myself preparing to build it a certain way, and go, "no wait, that
might not be the right way", and end up building no further... it's kind of
frustrating.
