Yes, most excellent post, Richard. On the classic brick front, though, I sent an email to Lego direct last week asking for a Lego Sculptor kit. I suggested a set contained in a tub, like the 3033, but the elements would ONLY in one color and would (...) (23 years ago, 4-Sep-01, to lugnet.general) !!

I believe the single color tub to be the most favorable for a SaH exclusive but on store shelves it would be a flop. It would take too much floor space and how would a store order? Would a case come evenly packed? Many giant retail stores won't (...) (23 years ago, 4-Sep-01, to lugnet.general)

As far as I know, I have not written a program to illustrate circles or spheres constructed out of LEGO bricks. I have diagrams of all circles of single brick width and even radii from 2 - about 48 which I made using Photoshop, but those diagrams (...) (23 years ago, 4-Sep-01, to lugnet.general)

John, Melissa, & Mark, Good points on pricing, all of them. But I stand by the US$29.99 pricing for LEGO Sculptor, as I think it gives LEGO plenty of room for profit.
