An interesting note... Still holding over from my childhood sorting
system, my lego is in vast need of a resort. (As is everyones)
Constantly I spend most of my time shuffling through a bin for parts I
need (having found 3 of the 4 I need) and KNOW I have in there. One
trick I've used that never fails to work, is tossing one of the pieces
I've already found back in to see what it looks like mixed amongst the
rest. 9 times out of 10 it works like a charm!

| (...) I've noticed this myself - cars I like, Firestone tires ;) but it also works the other way around - things I actively dislike I notice greatly as well. Faster recognition is why I sort by color... looking at a k8 full of things I can easily (...) (23 years ago, 2-Aug-01, to lugnet.general)
