At least three other times:
I've found LEGO in the 'trash' on the ground after a neighbor got

My wife found a bunch of parts on the bike trail she used to ride when

I forget where it was found, but I have two black 3x6 plates with
chopped corners that were picked up in a parking lot. They are crushed
and unusable. I might be filling in some info here but I think it might
have been in the IKEA parking lot near the VA Lego outlet.
