Oops, that's missing some important words. It should say:

to it which they may or may not choose to do, such as short just-in-time
production runs (if they can switch some part of their factories to be able
to handle this someday), would open more doors to many derivative possibilites
down the road...
I don't know if they specifically have JIT production runs in their near-tear
plans but if they ever could do it (let's say JIT here means one week and they
have some sweet ERP to sync and optimize overlapping JIT requests), then they
could offer pretty whizbang services.
