Thanks, I thought about the possibility of that set being in there, but there doesn't seem to be any of the specialised chassis plates or sloped bricks. (...) Benjamin, check the numbers 'O' and '3'. Are they slightly italic? I seem to remember getting this set and there is a difference in the typeface. Also, if you had evidence of white framed classic windows you might also have parts for a London (...) (24 years ago, 24-Aug-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.db.inv)

(...) Huh! I've never seen set 4291 in stores or anything-- I actually knew the other two (from 6079) but the ones with the tan painting were the ones I was curious about... (...) Actually, the 315 Taxi from 1965 had 'O' and '3' bricks on the front as well...Any chance that this is a variation of that set? [I tried building it, and came up about 3 parts short...] Also, there's the 1x2 bricks with 'LEGO' that were used (...) Benjamin, I believe (and I'm only 95% sure on this one) that the ONLY sets that had the 1x1 white numbers and letters were the parts packs (planpacks in UK). Well, I had a nice large list of about 30 or more sets, unfortunately my stupid system crashed because of running out of memory. One thing which would be good is to sub-divide things more, and perhaps try and make smaller pictures. The road plates (...) (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.db.inv)

I have created an excel sheet with VBA in it. In a nutshell you input all the pieces of a set (in any order) by providing the 1) color of the piece, 2) the quantity of the piece, and 3) the piece ID number. The program will then sort the input page (...) (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.db.inv)

[or anyone else?] Also, I was wondering if anyone has inventories for 700/? sets as well. I'd still love to know what set the (...)
