This is a big one. :)
This update contains 234 files, including some 93 new parts. You could call
it "Revenge of the Minifigs" - 56 of the new parts are various minifig
heads, torsos, legs, and accessories. As always, along with the new parts,
there are various fixes, new primitives, and name changes.
The Parts Tracker is still closed down (or should be), and the 2002-04 parts
preview page is not yet available (as usual). I hope to resolve both of
these situations shortly.

| Steve, We've seen 4 parts updates in the last 8 months. Is this some indication of how often we can hope (notice I said "hope" rather than "expect") to see parts updates? I realize yours is a volunteer efort and would not attempt to tell you when to (...) (22 years ago, 20-Aug-02, to lugnet.cad)

| (...) After cleaning up my computer, and downloading the 'complete.zip' there are *lots* of parts (and primitives) missing :-( Starting MLCad and just browsing through the parts gives a lot of 'File xxx not found': 2-4edge.dat 1-4edge.dat (...) (22 years ago, 28-Aug-02, to lugnet.cad)
