3001.dat  Brick:  2 x  4

or something similar?  I realize that longer part descriptions might not
work with this format, but might this be a fair stop-gap measure?

Maybe.  I guess I'd rather not depend on programs treating the title line as
fixed-format, instead of delimited.  My code tends to strip extra whitespace
around the 0 and the title.

Even if we used:

9999.dat   Unofficial Brick  2 x  7

instead of:

9999.dat   Unofficial Part: Brick 2 x 7

We are already using the first format.  Unless someone submits a part with a
title like "Part: Brick 2 x 7". ;)
