Maybe. I guess I'd rather not depend on programs treating the title line as
fixed-format, instead of delimited. My code tends to strip extra whitespace
around the 0 and the title.

We are already using the first format. Unless someone submits a part with a
title like "Part: Brick 2 x 7". ;)
