John: (...) I think Lars has modified l3p, so you can included a POV-Ray version of the part as comments in the DAT file.   Question on transparent printed parts

Earlier today, I posted a 1x6 brick with the text "Shell" printed on it. I also have a version of this piece that is printed on a clear 1x6. And I'm trying to figure out how to model that in LDraw. Is there any way to control the alpha level of a (...) (24 years ago, 3-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Question on (unneeded?) lines in printed parts

  Where to download LGEO?

Hi - I was just asked by someone where they could get LGEO, after pointing them to the L2P download page on LDraw.org, I discovered the links are broken. They link to Lutz's old site, but his new one - www.el-lutzo.de - is down. Is there anywhere (...) (24 years ago, 1-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Question on (unneeded?) lines in printed parts

I have noticed recently that some printed parts have edges around all the printed bits. For example, look at 3010p06.dat. This is a 1x4 with stripes on one side. But between each red stripe and its neighboring bgcolor stripe, there is a light-red (...) (24 years ago, 1-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Steve, When are we going to have another parts update? We do have quite a lot of DAT files in the queue. (I've got over 60 files in my "to be voted on" queue on my PC's hard drive.) What needs to be done to make this happen? What can I do to help (...) (24 years ago, 30-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.dev)
