Unfortunenatly the only motors I own are these (I have 2) and an older 4.5V one. Another LEGO friend is busy making me some gearing to give the motor more power. (...) That motor you're using is the old-style technic motor thats not geared down, so it has much less torque - you may have more luck with a new-style one (URL) however that may rotate it too fast. Inspiration was more of doing something with a dome using the sphere generator. It was part of Steendam at LEGOWORLD 2002! I am rebuilding it now, and adding more detail. Jaco "M. Jaco, (...) Bummer, dude - but, hey, it gave you a little time to have fun, eh? (...) of bricks, but it seems to be at minifig scale AND it moves around with the moving telescope! That's pretty neat! Hej Jeroen, thx for the credits!! I'm surprised you used the LGEO library for this, since in my view more realism can be achieved by the 'normal' LDRAW brickset together with a 'seam' between bricks. Hi all, This weekend the first picture for a Lego Classic poster finished rendering. It took some time but the result is very nice. The models are build and the scene is composed by Jan Folkersma. Ok, it turns out I wasn't imagining things. 3855.DAT, Glass window 1 x 4 x 3 is either modelled incorrectly or the part being used for the glass pains in the 6390 Main Street kit is listed incorrectly at peeron.com. (...) Try this link to see a (poor) scan of the blinds sticker on the glass. (URL) sticker was applied to the side opposite the hole..... which, looking again at it, is the backside of the scan. I guess the bump on the glass just wasn't showing up in my mlcad views. Once rendered, however, they were there. With regards to the sticker on the windows, do you happen to have a count of the exact # of lines (or even better, a pointer to a scan (...) (22 years ago, 6-Feb-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

The peeron parts lists specifies that there are: 7 3855 Clear Glass for Window 1 x 4 x 3 (Ref) Looking at the model manual (I do not have the original model), it appears to me that there are two distinct window glasses here, neither of which match (...) There are much faster and more versatile programs available these days: (URL) is the most popular viewer/editor. LDLite is an LDraw-like viewer with (...) My Ldraw 0.27 has a problem showing it. It shows 37 (visible) steps, then stops. It looks half-finished. Am I doing sth wrong? I pasted Mr Blessing's dat into a file esprit.dat and showed it with LDraw. I then had to press Enter about 50 times to (...) (22 years ago, 16-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)
