Ok, it turns out I wasn't imagining things. 3855.DAT, Glass window 1 x 4 x 3
is either modelled incorrectly or the part being used for the glass pains in
the 6390 Main Street kit is listed incorrectly at peeron.com.
If it's the same part being used in the Main Street kit, it is missing the
two side bumps used to attach it to the frame, and the bulge at the bottom.
Similar to what has been done for 3762.DAT.
The reason I was actually seeing bumps on my rendering (and not in mlcad)
was because of lgeo. It was replacing the part with something that looked a
little more correct but still seems somewhat off.
Does this sound right? Also, since I don't have the part, and a view from a
non-front angle, I can't tell if it is actually a bulge or a dip at the
bottom center of the piece.
Second question to throw out to go along with this. Since in the Main Street
model 3 of these windows actaully have a 'blinds' sticker that is applied to
the back, would it be best to model the sticker separately or create a new
part and call it a pattern?
