I forgot if they are referred to as "mech" or "mecha", I seem to remember
someone being strongly reminded one of the terms was incorrect. Got it now,
Mecha.


Actually I did a bit on this very topic. Take a look:

Actually both terms are correct.  Mecha refers more to the Japanese style,
and mech is everything else.  (Mechs have grease and oil stains.  That's
about the only difference really...)
