  LEGO Scale Question

Hi, folks, I'm sure this question has been raised many times before, but what is the current, accepted brick-to-foot ratio, if there is such a thing? My reason for asking is relatively simple; I am constructing (actually just finished) a lighthouse (...) (19 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.build)

  Re: New Power Armor PA006A

Do you have WIP pics of the dropship? One idea I've been tossing around as a project that could work for you is the squad emerging from a crashed dropship. That would solve time and parts constraints. Fradel (19 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Mega-Mecha-Master - Interview with Mark Neumann on Brickfan

(...) Heh, thanks. Now that my dirty laundry is out there I suppose there's no reason to hide Keith's and My love for each other. (the true mission of KeithLUG) Oh my how the truth gets exposed. :) But wait. That guy in the black van, that was you? (19 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New Destroyers: USS Gearing and USS Sumner

(...) Hmm... This has me thinking now! Perhaps if I'm seriously going to "compete" with you I should be working on something Japanese perhaps? Only sucky part is the difficulty in finding good documentation of non-US or European warships. (19 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: New Power Armor PA006A

(...) Thanks very much Joseph. I have not made any MOCs that cannot fit a whole minifig in them so far. Anyway, I hope to see some mechs from you :) Take care, David. (19 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: New Power Armor PA006A

(...) Hey Fradel. A small squad is definitely in the works. The dropship I wish I could say the same but time is just not available. I had a half built dropship on my desk for about a year and a half But last week I decided to take it apart and if (...) (19 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Shop At Home feedback requested.

Not yet. I have the parts, but they're scattered throughout the shed, I'm not sure what drawers they are in from our move. I {do} plan on building it in yellow, especially with what the yellow arches cost me on BL! (...) (19 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.build)

You can buy the Ron Weasley head here: (URL) you could also go with the head that has Ron on one side and Crabbe on the other side: (URL) you ever search Bricklink for that head, make sure you're just searching for "Ron" because the (...)   Re: New Power Armor PA006A

(...) At first glance this suit looked like so many other mini robot suits with a minifig head on top, and in comparison it's great on detail and articulation, one of the best I've seen of the like. Then looking at your brickshelf gallery it turns (...) (19 years ago, 1-Mar-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Adaptive Sloping Track Module

I've just posted a drawing explaining how to extend a railway layout when the track slopes at the point of extension, without intrducing an excessive change of slope.   Where to find Joe Vig Head (Ron Weasley)

I looked all through my minfig heads and couldn't find this particular face. Maybe it's already on one of the minifigs in one of my models from the club train layout, though. So I went to Bricklink and couldn't find it there either. Where can I get (...) (19 years ago, 1-Mar-06, to lugnet.build.vignette)

Re: New theme and new creation: Forest Sentinel

(...) maybe you could come up with some sort of ultra-repellant armour story to cover that. I love the techno/nature juxtaposition. I'm so envious - I'm really going to have to try something like this myself. mo. (19 years ago, 28-Feb-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New theme and new creation: Forest Sentinel

I was wondering what became of the head, until I discovered the pic of it half submerged in the stream. :-) It was fun exploring this diorama. The vegetation is great, as well as the terrain contours and how the mecha was posed,"laid to rest". I (...) (19 years ago, 28-Feb-06, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
