There really isn't anything "generally accepted." But since figs are so oddly
shaped, it makes finding a standard scale practically impossible. What I've
seen the most is 1 stud=1 foot, but that makes figs only slightly taller than 5
ft.
But if you're concerned about it looking good in a layout, I'd recommend
contacting your LUG and asking them how big their buildings are. That should
give you a sense of where the lighthouse will fit in relation.

| (...) To elaborate slightly on Lenny's statement above, a layout with 8 wide trains will usually use about 1stud/foot whereas a layout with 6 wide trains will use a smaller scale. Depends on whether your figs are tall and wide or short and normal (...) (19 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.build)

| Hi, folks, I'm sure this question has been raised many times before, but what is the current, accepted brick-to-foot ratio, if there is such a thing? My reason for asking is relatively simple; I am constructing (actually just finished) a lighthouse (...) (19 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.build)
