Further, if TLC is unhappy with the types of expression generated using
their "medium," tough for them. I'm sure there are manufacturers of oil
paints who don't care for the finished painting, but that's tough for them, too.
Several clone brands (don't worry; I'm not turning this into my usual
pro-clone rant) market bricks with no stud logos and no distinguishing marks
on them to indicate the brand. If I produced a film using only these
bricks, and people perceived them to be LEGO (even if I don't make any such
claim), could TLC still force me to desist? Could they even force me to
disclaim that they aren't LEGO?
