Several clone brands (don't worry; I'm not turning this into my usual pro-clone rant) market bricks with no stud logos and no distinguishing marks on them to indicate the brand. If I produced a film using only these bricks, and people perceived them to be LEGO (even if I don't make any such claim), could TLC still force me to desist? Could they even force me to disclaim that they aren't LEGO? Dave!

Just make sure you refer to them as "legos" in the film. Since we've seen letters indicating that "legos" are _not_ the correct term for "LEGO brand building bricks", obviously no one would think they _were_ "LEGO brand building bricks". -gyug In (...) (...) IANAL either, but what IMHO could be actionable by TLC would be a film about juniorization using Lego bricks to demonstrate.
