[FAQ] Post vs. mail, claimed topics

(...) I would never sign up to coordinate the whole thing, but can see doing some contributing. I suspect several others feel the same way I will try my hand at a few Q and As today but would rather post them in lugnet.faq than send them. Posting (...)   Re: Classification of Promo sets on Pause

(...) Disagree. IMNSHO Promotional should be a modifier of availability, not set type. Both ANWBs are Town, dunno if "general" or not, but the one with the car transporter available now is "general" I guess. (26 years ago, 2-Jan-99, to lugnet.admin.database)

Re: Workbench Design Idea -- Build it yourself

(...) What if I told you I have an MG Midget? There's a reason it's called a Midget, you know... But the car I have in CO (a Stratus) has a fold down rear seat so no worries. (26 years ago, 2-Jan-99, to lugnet.storage)

(...) 2140 has no "Town" label on it. But it's in a blue background box like other Town sets. I prefer to proceed the other way: 2140 says "LEGO System" on it. Therefore it is not Technic, nor Duplo, nor Primo. Given that it is "System".. is it (...) (26 years ago, 2-Jan-99, to lugnet.admin.database)

  AucZILLA IX

A few things about AucZILLA IX Everyone: - This would not be a good auction for you to try to acquire a lot of tiles, or town windows. Know what I mean?   Debugging Monorails

I humbly propose the following: (from RTL) <I still owe the Dacta/Pitsco group> Q: I'm having trouble getting my monorail to work right. It's a 6991, the lights come on but the motor won't go. I checked my work against the instructions carefully, (...) (26 years ago, 4-Jan-99, to lugnet.faq)
