  Re: Thoughts on prayer

(...) Exactly, a moment of "prayer" in my case would a moment of clarity for self reflection or meditation (clearing the mind and focusing on the moment). I personally would not give praise or thanks to any higher power, but I'd certainly be a fool (...) (24 years ago, 10-Apr-01, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

  Re: Tiger 1 WW2 Tank

All right, I've been following this part with some curiosity .... Where can you get these tank treads? I looked at the LEGO Dacta link that Larry posted, and I'm not convinced that they are the same as the ones Carl used. In fact, I'm pretty sure (...)   Re: Pure theory on castle auction ...

(...) OK, just to go to the other part of this thread for a moment...I kinda thought this was plugging the auction, especially since it's still going on. Had the auction ended, I don't think there would have been any problem. Another idea would be (...) (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.theory)

  Suggestion for new feature

This is intended for you Todd, but I'm posting to see if other feel the same. Don't you hate it when you come to Lugnet and see a summary like "Re: This is the greatest day ever!   Re: How talentless IS...?

(...) Jones is always a treat. I don't think Ms. Eleniak did too badly, considering that the part was only written with two things in mind. Anyway, it's not like the role (or the film) allowed deep character development. (...) I couldn't remember (...) (23 years ago, 23-Apr-01, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

  Disingenuous eBay advertising posts

(...) That's true to a point. I think you can make general predictions that are pretty safe; if an auction has no bids for four days, it's not likely to shoot into the stratosphere. Also, if it has no bids or few bids in that four days, the right (...) (25 years ago, 25-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.theory)

  A New Update (yes finally)

Okay ye scurvy cyberdogs! It's here. So far it's only a story, no pics (yet.) If i had time I'd do the entire story in LEGO comic form. But alas, I don't. Crikey, I barely had time to get the story together! What I'd like is for you wise and (...) (25 years ago, 25-Feb-00, to lugnet.pirates)

  Lego Sign Apprisal

Hi All Would anyone have an idea of how much a Lego sign used in shops would be worth. I have seen 'newer' signs on sale at Ebay for about US$20.
