Only available in RCX 2.0's firmware (which you can download from the Lego web site and run on 1.0 or 1.5 RCX sets) - and you need a pretty recent version of NQC that supports that new firmware. E quindi la comunicazione funziona correttamente ... e in entrambe le direzioni visto che anche il semplice rilevamento dell'esistenza dell'RCX è bidirezionale. (...) (...) | Greetings. Just bought my first RIS 1.5 set. Took three days of looking in Miami and purchased as many sets only to go home and find a different missing part everytime. My first guess would be that the RCX doesn't have firmware loaded (If you see "00.00" on the display, firmware is loaded, if you just see an icon and "1", then it isn't). Second guess (...) | No, it won't, here's what I did: Install the software, it will probably crap out on parts of the QuickTime 2 & 3 installation, continue thru everything to the end. I just got my RCX about 4 weeks ago and am running Win2k, of course the included software doesn't work on Win2k. actually, it only works on Win98 and 95, and not always then. | (...) Correct, there is a 16k ROM chip in the RCX that holds the built in functions and code programing code.
