  Re: Juniorized?

Typically, the easiest way to tell sets are juniorized is the large-scale use of vehicle chassis (chassises, chassi, whatever) with axles and slopes, etc, built in. The worst culprit, by far, of this syndrome are the Rock Raiders sets, which contain (...) (25 years ago, 19-May-00, to lugnet.reviews)

(...) Compare and contrast these 2 sets: 6340 Hook & Ladder (Fire Engine) (URL) Fire Fighters' Lift Truck (URL) Jr sets are aimed at younger kids - so they have fewer parts and are easier to build.   Re: Name tags...?

(...) Well, at worst case the brick backgrounds from Lugnet could be used.   Re: THE EASTERN INVASION: The Second Wave!

(...) Yes, the can definitely gives great scale to it. What I like the most is how the lower roof juts out upward. That's ingenious, and looks to display power,...or something. ;) -Chris (25 years ago, 19-May-00, to lugnet.castle.org.cw)
