...Well, I was going to point you to Christopher Weeks, but he already did it :-)

...Im bad at guestimating distances, so the room measurements are prolly somewhat under
guessed. But anyway the rooms are:
room 103: about 30x30 or so
room 104: about 20x25
room 106: about 20x35
...These rooms are 'ours' and lockable at nite (with security to boot), so will prolly be
used for displays and setups and all. We're not sure what each room will be doing yet
(register now so we know what people want to do! :-)
...We also have access to lots of lobby areas and 'public areas' (tho there prolly wont be
any public to mention on that weekend). These areas are not lockable but there is security
(so don't leave computers or expensive things out in the open in them :-)
study area: about 20x40
...The study area has nice cumfy chairs and little tables and will prolly be used for
'workshops' and discussions and just relaxing and building. The floor and tables would
also be good for battles and such.
lobby area: about 35x40
...Nice hardfloor would be good for mindstorms.
cafeteria: at least 50x50
...No food service, tho it does have vending machines and an indoor smoking room. It also
has lots of tables and chairs that we can use.
...we can also use just about any open area in the building so if we spill out of the
above, there are 2 other floors with nice lounge areas with tables and chairs and plenty
of big open spaces to set up big things if we want to (tho we would have to take anything
down at the end of the day that we set up if its outside of the above areas)

...We have permission to move tables and chairs freely around, so long as we put them all
back where we found them by close up sunday nite.

...oh :-) yea. Friday is 7am to 11pm. We have the rooms Friday and will be setting
up/playing Friday too as people trickle in (actually we have the rooms starting Thursday
nite if you _really_ want to be early! :-). I just started the hours on saturday since
that's our big day. Friday is prolly mostly going to be people wandering in and getting to
DC and all (but that doesn't preclude brikwars, pirates, castleworld, or whatever! :-)
...you can go back to ignoring me now...
