How big are the "good sized rooms"? Can we have one for the pirate game
(it's looking like we will have a pretty decent interest, and several
people are interested in playing as long as possible).

If there's a room with few tables and chairs, that would be a little
better for the pirate game (it needs enough space that playing on a
table is impractical).
