Of course!
But don't let counting each and every element get you down -- there's room
for a tiny bit of slippage where the minifigure itself is involved
(minihead, torso, arms, hands, waist, and legs are often counted as a single
piece, whereas accessories tend to be counted by the element).
Do try to stay very close to the suggested elements per category, but don't
obsess about it either. If you aren't having fun, you aren't doing it right...
