Hello,

I will be heading up this year's LTC container swap. If your club
is interested in participating, please have a club representative
e-mail me with your club affiliation and information. Also e-mail
me a list of container cars that your club already possess from
other LTCs, so I might update the swap database. If you're
participating, please let me know by July 24th, 2004 so I can make
final adjustments and arrangements.

Once I get all participants tallied, I will send you an e-mail to
let you know how many containers you will need to bring with you.
I will also e-mail you a date, time & location for dropping off
your club's container cars. Please have your containers fully
assembled with logos attached firmly to both sides & a few extra
club stickers to trade with 8 wide TLCs.

For those of you that would like to participate in the swap, but
will not at BF this year, the best option for you would be to send
said number of containers to me, and I will disperse them at BF
for your club. You will also need to send monies for postage so
I can send other clubs' containers back to you when I get home
from BF. Send me e-mail to get my mailing address.

For international LTCs that would like to participate in the swap,
but will not be at BF, I'm also willing also organize a sticker
swap for your club similar to the above container swap by proxy.
Again, e-mail me letting me know you want to participate & to
get my mailing address.

There will be ILTCO container, as well as a commemorative
container at BF this year! This container will be the "official"
LEGO size container (4x8 footprint) at a pricepoint under $5.
Pricing is only to cover costs for parts.

As more details are worked out, I will post to LUGNET a date, time
& place inorder for your club to drop off container cars & a
corresponding date, time & place to pick up swapped containers.
After the swap is concluded, extra commemorative & ILTCO container
cars will be available for purchase in the Brick Bazaar (first come,
first served).

Michael Huffman
BrickFest 2004 Container Swap Coordinator
See you in Arlington!
