This I have to agree with. If you've got a train that doesn't meet
specs, well, you build space (SPACE!) for it to run. I have a 6-wide
monorail (8-wide with protrusions) with a lot of overhang at the ends.
There was no way it was going to run through any of the stations. Tough.
However, I was able to lay enough track that it had a place to run
(though in one turn, the overhang at the end just barely cleared
someone's module - but hey, space should be all about tight clearances).
I have mixed emotions about the increase in coridor hight, but I think
it will help monorails a lot, and it will make it easier to make a
monorail station (I abandoned that idea because I just couldn't get what
I wanted to work).
