Does anyone (in any country) know where I can get a Cybermaster (8482), and the Cybermaster expansion (8450)? I tried a few times to get them from people overseas (and they were even on sale in some places for about $100 US), but it has never worked (...) (25 years ago, 16-Dec-00, to lugnet.technic)

This evening, I decided to challenge myself to build a small, yet cool looking fully motorized vehicle. Turned out I had the extra challenge of photographing a black model :) My previous attempt at a very small and fully motorized vehicle was too (...) Hubcabs (or helicopter or airplane props) do that - they spin one way-slow down-reverse-speed up-slow down etc when you see them on TV, because the frame rate of the video camera is "interfering" with the rate of wheel motion; for example, suppose (...) Yeah i saw that ( about 3 days after I ordered mine), but i don't have a TRU nearby, my local stores are terrible, they don't carry the bigger sets. As Shiri mentions, you may be entering a dark or dim ages. My suggestion would be to pack it all up neatly so as to present the least problem to yourself and your folks. The second hand would have to be run off of the differential cage, because the minutes would be hard to sync since they would be advanced depending on what hour (...) Oops. It looks like in your list you exchanged the labels of #3 and #5. And it occurs to me that the splines had to be set so that the half bushings could be pushed together and lock when on the same axle. I would have to take a look to see if that (...) This is (almost) exactly the way it worked for me. There is a simple difference though, there is no Lego Turkey yet, so mines are direct from Denmark..:-) TLC people were all too nice and kind throughout the process, they were incredibly quick to (...) Hi everyone.. I have heard that the damped shocks in the 8448 set are known to break... I think mine are starting to go, the spring on one is pushing through the endcap and bits of plastic are breaking off inside.... Is this were they normally (...) I have several Lego 9V electric cables that either need to be twisted in a certain way in order to conduct electricity or do not conduct it at all.
