Re: IMAGES of some new masks...

(...) Hey Christian, I sent them to Arnold, but I was plannig to send them to you too (but Arnold beat me to it...). I hope you don't mind... Carl (24 years ago, 2-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Re: Corrected distribution of Kanohi Masks (8530)

(...) Well, all colours of the heads are the same (the standard Lego light grey.) The 'eyes' were still the same like in the first batch, so no changes there. But one thing was also the same: in each bag there were 2 masks, 1 head, 1 'pair of eyes', (...) (24 years ago, 2-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Re: Corrected distribution of Kanohi Masks (8530)

Okay, I have a new theory. If you go to the mask pages at bionicle.com, the Great Masks of Power (Toa Kanohi) must be collected by the Toa and each have he six little boxes of the Toa colors. The Noble Masks of Power (Turaga Kanohi) can be worn by (...) (24 years ago, 2-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  IMAGES of some new masks...

HI AGAIN, and why has nobody mentioned the new images on Lugnet yet. You may either view them on the following page: (URL) use the direct image URLS instead: (URL) images were sent in to me by Arnold Staniczek (known here as brickhead) and I did put (...)   Re: Corrected distribution of Kanohi Masks (8530)

Hi Carl, so, what about the colours of the heads themselves? Were they all light grey in these packs? Accoring to the boxes, the Turaga heads should be in their six individual colours (e.g. Vakama #8540 having a red head behind is orange mask) (...) (...)   Re: bionicle names (was: Corrected distribution of Kanohi Masks (8530))

(...) Well, each of the six toas has its own name, and so do the different masks ( = Kanohi). The bionicle web site shows all the different mask shapes and also lists the different names for each of the masks. The masks are available in different (...)   Re: Corrected distribution of Kanohi Masks (8530)

(...) I'm with Huw on this one, I've not seen the the sets in the shops and the Bionicle website gives no idea what the things actually look like. As far as I can tell from your postings its a bit like trading cards, try to get one of each one by (...) (24 years ago, 2-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Re: a question for those with lots of technic

(...) I am certain I tried this (unsuccessfully!) in a moment of foolhardiness about 20 years ago, when things like the size of the tyres on the truck didn't really bother me. (...) Sortof!   Re: a question for those with lots of technic

(...) I have made my own supercars (sorry I haven't made a good website for them yet), including a Honda CRX, a Honda NSX, and a McLaren F1 LM Roadcar. These are all approximately to the scale of Lego's supercars, although the McLaren somehow (...) (24 years ago, 2-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: a question for those with lots of technic

(...) I thought about it after I got a 8462 tow truck & realised it was way too small. After some playing, I realised the main problem is wheels. You could get away with 24x43s, but they're really a bit small for a prime mover of that scale. (...) (24 years ago, 2-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

a question for those with lots of technic

Has anyone considered building a car transporter thats to scale with the 8880,8448,8865 supercars? (24 years ago, 2-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Corrected distribution of Kanohi Masks (8530)

(...) With 'Green' I meant Transparant Green , not 'Untransparent Green' (like Lewa's mask). It's a slightly lighter shade than 'Onua's Eyes Green', but it is still a very 'dense' transparent green (not like the transparent brown Kaukau mask). But I (...)   Re: Updated Technic® creations site
