Hi all, Short, but hopefully sweet, request for someone out there (who may already have done this!), from a 'Murican drooling from Europe: Could someone who has the new sets, and would be willing to compile a representative sample of new System (...)         Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —Frank Filz
Perhaps I can manage this tonight for most of the Mars and movie sets. I see a bunch of possibly new colors, and some previously Scala or Belville only colors. There's a ton of new parts, including a new flex hose which I think will prove more (...) (24 years ago, 28-Nov-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —James Brown
(...) I'll endeavor to post pics tonight to brickshelf with the new parts I've noticed from the sets I have. (TIE, Droid Escape, & Exploion Studio) Mostly that will be the 1/4 round wall, the 1/4 round plate & the TIE stand. Oh yeah, I think the TIE (...) (24 years ago, 28-Nov-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —Lindsay Frederick Braun
(...) "What? I thought they were through with the Aquazone theme!" Boy, I'll just have to get rid of those, maybe give them to my sister's dog to bury...(I can see the SW fanatics cringing right now...muuuhahaha...at least I didn't suggest (...)          Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —James Brown
(...) Here ya go. Including that controversial white armour guy. ;) He's even got printing front & back (pretty uncommon, I think). (URL) didn't notice any new parts in the Explosion studio, nor any other new parts in the TIE or Droid Escape. Pic 9 (...) (24 years ago, 29-Nov-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —Frank Filz
(...) Cool, a brown head. I can foresee that this head might see a lot of Sharpie use from those willing to deface parts... Frank (24 years ago, 29-Nov-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —Lindsay Frederick Braun
(...) Uhoh. Well, this means that the mould *and* the colour now coincide...I predict a new flareup of the race-and-LEGO wars soon to come.           Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —Frank Filz
(...) Sorry for the post here...looks like there's mail problems. I've sent several replies to Lindsay (I've been getting e-mails from him).          Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —Eric Joslin
(...) in case anyone missed it. (...) Ah, nuts. I *know* each new mold for a new piece costs LEGO serious cash in design and manufacture, and I *know* therefore they can only do so many in a given year, and I would *DEFINITELY* rather have a (...)          Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —Lindsay Frederick Braun
(...) Ack! Thanks a million for posting these--I'm now even MORE in love with the new wall segment, and I'll bet the Castle folks are busily and happily wetting themselves (this xposted there, with FUT->2001).           Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —James Brown
(...) Heh. Yup, I intend to get a few of these. They are a bit tricky to work with, because they only connect in a straight line (no interlocking, I'm afraid), which is irritating. But it's still more options than we had before. Now I want one with (...) (24 years ago, 29-Nov-00, to lugnet.year.2001)

(...) helmets: (...) in (...) Imperial Commandos wore very dark grey (almost black) jumpsuits (similar to officers) with black "samurai" helmets. You could however make the black stormtroopers from the comic "Crimson Empire" -Lord Insanity (24 years ago, 29-Nov-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —Eric Joslin

Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —Mike Petrucelli
(...) Imperial Commandos are from the Trilogy. I expect to see them in an offical Lego set eventually. Aside from that, Star Wars Comics published by Dark Horse are Canon.          Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —Eric Joslin

Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —Jonathan Wilson
(...) probobly the closest helment that lego has made is that exploriens one thats a normal helmet but with hoses. Then again, I have never seen a tie pilots helmet up close. (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Wanted: Images of New Elements —Jacob Kraft
(...) Here are picture of the Don Post Star Wars helmets. It looks like the TIE helmet is kind of a mixture between a rebel pilots helmet and a Stormtrooper helmet. IMHO The real TIE helmet is not too different from the real Stormtrooper helmet -- (...) (24 years ago, 1-Dec-00, to lugnet.starwars)
