    Space Stations... —Mark Nelson
Hello, all. Do you remember that old thread that was going a while ago about making a giant Ldraw spacestation? Who thinks we should revive this? We can decide on a name and a postition in space later, I say! Lets just build it, and then worry about (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.space)

        Re: Space Stations... —Randy Williams
(...) Ibuilt a piece for a modular space station a while ago, in cad.dat.models. maybe we can all use that and attach them? (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.space)

         Re: Space Stations... —Mark Nelson
(...) I beleive I downloaded it. It's good enough! :) I'm thinking we should have 5 main parts. The control center in the middle, the medical, the landing bays, the sleeping quarters, and the mess halls. It would look really neat if they came out in (...)          Re: Space Stations... —Kyle Keppler
(...) But where would the science stations go? In the 5th point, or maybe above the control center. That would be rather cool! I wish I had the resoures for this stuff! But I could build like a part of it! -Kyle (URL) <-Join us in the lego chat (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.space)

         Re: Space Stations... —Mark Nelson
(...) Doh! I knew I had left something out. I'm thinking a 5th point, but above the control center would be cool, also. (...) Thats the plan! :) We all build a part of it. We could use Bram's landing bays, and turn them into pocket doors like I did (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) I'd love to do the control room! I have a pretty cool idea for one! It would end up being 8 sided and maybe have a passage way arround it! I'm gonna be gone for the next week (going to disney world) but hope i can help! -Kyle (URL)-- (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) Awsome. :) Be sure to put a 1x4 with a groove in it for a security cardkey when you make the doors. :) I'm excited, this project is really coming along. -- Mark Nelson Speedy's Lego Page: (URL) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.space)

          Re: Space Stations... —Tom McDonald
(...) To make it a six pointed star, I'd love to make the power core, which would be underneath the command center. How about it? -Tom McD. (24 years ago, 16-Jun-00, to lugnet.space)

          Re: Space Stations... —Mark Nelson
(...) Good enough! :) A power core is another thing I forgot! What type of power? Fission Fusion, or Antimatter? (24 years ago, 17-Jun-00, to lugnet.space)

           Re: Space Stations... —Mark Nelson
(...) Yes, but that doesn't seem high-tech enough to be in a huge spacestation floating around an un-named planet. :) Also, I want to be able to have my ships go nice 'n' fast, thus the need for my favorite all time weapon/drive/sheild, Antimatter.           Re: Space Stations... —Randy Williams
typos. it was supposed to read 'Hyper-Antimatter Pulse'. what that means is that a magnetic field shoots antimatter in pulses toward a core of excited (hence the name hyper) atoms to cause the atoms to release thier extra electrons.         Re: Space Stations... (and Space Relations) —Tom McDonald
