<ducks> Anne Carasik has offered to take over the MoonBase page and I'm gonna let her. :-) Just lettin you know what's up. It'll probably take a week or so to make the change but I'm sure it's for the better. Right now I'm going to work on the (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jul-03, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.space) !

(...) (URL) Thanks Jan-Albert! You have been faster than me once again.... I wanted to do a Lugnet posting this evening, but now I see you have already told nearly everything we have seen at the 1000steine-Land 2003 in Berlin. Maybe I should add a (...)   Re: MOC: Puffin Personal Runabout

(...) I just finished copying this ship to get some more building practice in and I am awed how swooshable this is despite the rather awkward design. It is just so cute and small this! Love again, Sylvi (22 years ago, 5-Jul-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

I was wondering on how to do it, until I saw your nacelles and had a wave of trekkie nostalgia. they are inspired by outer rim nacelles, but structurally pretty different. a mix between your idea and paul hartzog's cool engine thingie idea.   Re: Another Classic Space Figure

  Re: Another Classic Space Figure

Ooo.. I like (and I'm flattered to see I inspired someone). I would have preferred to make mine in black, but black's very difficult to photograph. Oh yeah..   Re: The Kalashnikov is ready for Battle.

Re: The Kalashnikov is ready for Battle.

(...) Yeah, color was something that I decided to wait until the end to work on, relying on adding colored tiles and plates to the exterior. (...) Hey Paul, Thanks for the comments. Over-greebling? Heh, well, it's just so much fun to do, and i guess i tend to get carried away. The "side thingies" are escape pods, and maybe also mini-shuttles that could be re-used. However, there are (...) (22 years ago, 8-Jul-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Hi Dave, If I remember correctly, at the BricksWest keynote Brad Justus mentioned that the MER was designed to work with an RCX. Is there any indication or instructions for that included with the set? Thanks, Paul D. (22 years ago, 8-Jul-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: Mars Exploration Rover already on sale???
