Hi Sriram, To answer your question succinctly, yes you can use the sonar modules on the Handy Board without the expansion board. Two comments for Garth (and others doing this) #1) You have 2 phase, bipolar *STEPPER* motors, not "servo" motors. The difference is quite significant if you were expecting a servo motor. The limits on available user ram will make this difficult at best. If you can assume a 4K byte buffer for your image, that is only 64 pixels on a side, not much to work with. (...) It sounds like you have a bad solder joint. I would take a multimeter set on the conductivity mode and test pins 2 and 3 of the female serial connector on the interface/charger board. Hi: I am sorry that the massage was sent several times, it was not intended. I was able to get the serial connection to stabilize ( the least movement will throw it off), however, when connected to the board, the green LED will come on, and it will (...)
