Hello!,
Is there a way to access to pulse accumulator subsystem
of the HC11 using interactive C?
And if so are there connections for it (Port A7) on the
Handy Board (besides connecting it right to the HC11)?
I have a pulse train signal coming from the ignition
system of an engine, and would like to count the number of
pulses over a 1 second period.
I have built the circuit to condition the signal so that
it is a pulse train of 0 to 5 volts...
like this:

|
5V |-------- -------------- -------- ....->
| | | | |
| | | | |
| | | | |
0V | |----- |-----
each pulse is about 1.7msecs in length...the number of pulses
per second varies...at idle speed the pulses are ~7msec apart...
THANKS!
Joeo
