Looks like Eric got his batteries recharged at Mindfest!
Hmmm, if we have pre-programmed abilities in the Scout, maybe
we can make networks of scouts to make a distributed
control system?
Think of a conveyor system with a scout driving the belt, another
dumping things on, and a third taking things off.
This is an awful lot like the Crickets we saw at the Media Lab!

| (...) Great information Eric! I had noticed that the red light pulsed but it did not occur to me that it could be a coded message. If I could get a scan of Code Pilot Code Card, I would like to do some experiments to see if and what codes the Scout (...) (25 years ago, 28-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)
